Covid writing

This piece of writing Is about all the good and bad memories I had through lock down.

Remember when. Slapping shoes smack onto the concrete as I gasp for air "almost there" says dad as if we had just started the run. Remember when alice screamed at the top of her lungs when I dumped a huge bucket of water some people can take a joke - my sister -can't. Or the time my mate broke the sovele and got in huge trouble. What about when Neko got a black eye for a week when he fell out of his little sisters pram. Remember when I watched three movies in a day. Or the sleep ins that never end.

Remember when I had a whole cake and nearly barfed (the joys of baking). Or the time we found a hidden well in amongst the long cuty grass. Oh and who could forgot the puding galore. But the best thing of all no school no waking up early or hour long assembly it was Heaven. But the best part was I could be annoying to my parents the whole time and there was no business trips to save them. But the big bonus was finally completing the lock down 100 what a mission.

Remember when I was stranded inside a house with absolutely nothing to do yes lock down had it's pro's but it also has it's cons. Some people - especially mothers - love it. But to me it is a minority vegetables. Remember when I wasn't allowed to see anyone except for my sister talk about child crulety. Or not being allowed to go surfing, or a dip in the sea. What about not being able to go to grannys for a yummy roast with the worlds best gravy.

E3L KT

Today in EL3 KT we went out side because it was a beautiful day. You may be wondering what does this have to do with math? We used rakau to play a game that involved angles. You throw the rakau at your partner at an angle between 90 degrees and 20 degrees. I enjoyed this learning because
we learnt a lot and we got to go outside. I would really recommend this game, because it's a good way to learning.

Rakau is a traditional maori weapon that was used as a spear or a club. They are still used today for traditional games. I find rakau  very fascinating, especially the ones with cool patterns and feathers on them.

Retro ech

This term we have been working on retro tech. And this is a diagram of an old fashioned drill. I think that it is a super cool item. because it is all manual. My favorite part is how the cogs move. I find it really satisfying how the world has evolved. I did this as one of my priorities.
