To get there we had to walk. It is quite a long walk to get there it took us about in hour to get there. So that gave us a big disadvantage. Especially because year six has to go first.
I am also house captain so that means I have to encourage my house and get them excited before there race. I really enjoy doing this because we get to do chant offs with the other houses and my house is really getting good at the chant.
When we were all finished I helped pack up. It was really hard getting every single persons lunch box in the car. When we were all done packing up, we started the long walk back to school.
Kia ora. My name is Tautuhi and I attend Mangapapa School in Gisborne, Tairāwhiti. Wow, that cross country must be hard running 2.5 km. that's impressive to become 6th place. Walking for an hour to your cross-country would be hard especially since you're tired is when you're just about to start a cross country. I did cross-country the year 5’s went last. Something to help you is to maybe make the image smaller so it fits on your page.
ReplyDeleteYeah it was pretty hard thanks for the awesome feedback Tautuhi I will keep it in mind for next time.
